If you do not realize (after a study of the course) how to apply the course’s skills, which I explained and if you do not make any progress - then I will refund you 100% of the price. I can give you such a guarantee easily, because I am sure, that the courses are really useful (proved by practice!).

Please, take note of 2 things:

If you claim a refund, then you may NOT be allowed to purchase my other courses in the future.

Unfortunately I had to implement this measure. Some people buy the courses one after another and claim a refund every time. This looks strange and questionable. If you really don't like my courses, then why do you keep buying them? I am sorry to say this, but it looks like you are just trying to grab good products for free.

At the same time we are always glad to serve a honest customer. If you explain your situation, we will probably give you a possibility to order other courses (even after your claim for a refund). Nevertheless, if you keep claiming refunds all the time - those claims may be rejected.

• The title of the chess course.
• Your way of payment and date of payment.
• Which aspects of the course you didn’t understand and wasn't able to apply practically.

Please, provide all this information (otherwise we can't even recognize your purchase and so your claim may be ignored!). In this case, I will refund you the whole amount.
