I've sent you a message, but didn't get a reply.

What’s the usual response time?

 

Generally, we are able to answer questions within 24 hours (not including Sundays and national holidays). However, on occasion, such as when we get too many e-mails, it may take a few days for us to get around to sending your answer.

 

We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that may be experienced as a result.

 

Still awaiting a reply?

 

If you have sent us a message but have not yet received a reply, please wait for 1-2 days before deciding to send the same message again. We are probably just very busy and will get back to you at the very first available moment. Sending the same message many times will not hasten our reply.

Did you check your spam folder?

 

Please note that if MORE than two (2) working days have passed and you still have not received a reply to your message, then perhaps the reply was mistakenly sent to your e-mail program’s spam folder.
