Today I’d like to share with you an aggressive chess opening for White after 1.e4 that is also very easy to learn. It is the Evans Gambit from the Giuoco Piano variation of the Italian Game, arising after the following moves: 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bc4 Bc5 4.b4.

The Evans Gambit boasts a win rate of 53% for White in the starting position of the opening and achieves the highest win rate of 63% in the most commonly played moves by Black.
