I Have a Technical Question, Which Is Not Answered in These FAQS.
What I can do for you
As you may appreciate, a good part of my expertise is with chess and NOT technology. So while I may be able to answer many questions relating to chess, I am not necessarily able to do the same for your technical (computing-related) questions.
Thus if you have any technical questions that are not answered within the FAQs, I’m sorry, there is not a lot that I can do for you. Please accept my sincere apologies.
Sources of technical help
Although we may not be able to provide answers to all of your technical questions, there are still some resources available to you:
- First, please check out the all of the video tutorials and FAQ articles. Some technical information is included within them so it is possible that you’ll find an answer there.
- Chances are, if you have a question, someone has probably asked it before. Thus you should also visit google.com and look for an answer there. Most likely you’ll find several.
- If you’re still unable to find an answer, perhaps forward your question to a technical specialist in your area (e.g. class mate, work colleague, clever relative, friendly neighborhood geek, etc.).
Again, if your situation is very specific and you are still unable to find the answer, then unfortunately there is not a lot we can for you. The courses have been run by thousands of students without problems, so we hope you can appreciate that it is hard for us to guess what your specific issue may be.
We thank you for your understanding.
